Ensure all furniture is disassembled and securely repacked in its original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
