Designed to make effective use of bedroom space, the Charlie CH-07 Vertical Wall Bed Concept folds neatly into a structured wall unit when not in use. A spring-assisted mechanism ensures controlled movement, while the self-holding feature allows the bed to stop securely at any position. An integrated locking system adds reassurance, and duvet straps keep bedding in place. Constructed from 22mm and 16mm laminated board, the CH-07 provides dependable support in both open and closed positions.

This Murphy Bed requires a 140 × 200cm [EU Double] mattress. Please note that the maximum allowable mattress depth is 18 cm to ensure the bed folds correctly. 

SOLID DESIGN

Our Murphy Bed is supplied with all components and fittings required for self-assembly. The carcass is constructed from durable 22mm high-quality laminated board, with a 16mm thick front panel. Wooden sprung slats are included, and the bed is finished with a matt cashmere-coloured handle and a cappuccino-coloured leg for a contemporary look.

Please be aware that for safety reasons the bed needs to be mounted to a wall. Fixings for this will not be included as you need ones specific for your type of wall.

FUNCTIONALITY

This bed provides a sleeping area without taking up valuable living space. You can simply fold up the bed when not in use to reclaim the free space. Add some personal touch to and put some photos up on the backboard so that the bed can still look interesting even when folded down!

ASSEMBLY AND WALL MOUNTING

Murphy Beds must be fixed directly to a solid structure such as brick, concrete or a solid timber frame and must not be fixed to a plasterboard or similar unless there is a solid structure underneath it. Wall fixings for your specific type of wall can be purchased at a local DIY store. We recommend this item to be assembled by a professional joiner or a competent person.
